The cost of purchases such as products, merchandise, items, materials, goods and services, or any other related expenses or charges or applicable taxes incurred while executing service requests on behalf of the client are the responsibility of the client. They are to be pre-paid in full by the client. Third-party services and expenses are also extra and paid by the client.
Typically results are provided between 24-48 hours, but can take longer depending upon vendor response time.

Your Concierge Guru guarantees confidentiality and discretion in all that we do. We take necessary precautions to ensure that our clients’ information is safeguarded and protected. Your Concierge Guru does not share and/or sell names or information. We screen our team and expect that they adhere to the Your Concierge Guru standard of confidentiality and discretion.
You will be contacted by one of our Gurus within 12 to 24 hours after your sign up. They will request any additional details you may have for your request and provide results within 24-48 hours.

There are no contracts. You can cancel any of our packages before the beginning of your next billing date. Just send us an email to support@yourconciergeguru.com or just let your Guru know about the change and we’ll adjust your plan accordingly.
Yes, we do provide an hourly rate service for $65 per hour. With a 2 hour minimum. However we encourage our clients to take advantage of our monthly plans with hourly rates lower than the hourly per use option.
For hourly requests, you will be sent a task report on a daily basis at the end of the shift with the name of the project that you have assigned, time taken to complete each project, as well as status of the project and whether it’s completed or pending.
Plans will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis starting from the date you signed up. We will bill the monthly subscription fee to the credit card you provided to us during registration and your membership will automatically renew for following month without prior notice, unless you cancel your membership. For annual contracts, clients pay a one time upfront charge for unlimited concierge service per year. You must cancel your membership before it renews for the next year’s fees.
We use top niche SSL encryption to make sure your data stays safe and protected. In addition, we comply with all PCI standards.
Absolutely Not! Your Concierge Guru only charges the subscription fee of the plan you chose.
Our premium package allows for a plus 1, that way if you can’t get to it, someone else can.
We try to make sure that every client is as satisfied as possible. However, once a membership fee is processed we will be unable to grant refunds not including exceptions stated in the TOS. If you plan on discontinuing membership you can cancel before the next cycle begins.
